I have changed... for the worse... I fear...

I am tired out mentally and I hate myself.

I feel that I have changed for the worse recently. I find myself whining and griping continuously to my fellow colleagues whenever things go wrong. I know that its not right but I can never stop myself from doing that even though I would very much like to change this annoying habit. Apologies to those whom offered a listening ear. I know it's unfair, not to mention selfish, to pile my problem unto those who will listen.

I am trying to change.... I really am....

I need more time really.

Give me a chance. I will try not to make my problem yours....

Army LIVE Experience.

Whoa. It's been a great week so far. Living this week sure makes my life a blast compared to the dull monotonous stuff that I do every other day.

Monday was normal. My boys just got posted in. They seem like a motley bunch but at least they still listen to me, kenny and Rajesh. I just received a complain this afternoon about them. They will need to sign some duties liao.

Tuesday was quite routine. Highlight of the day would be when I went over to 88.3fm for a talkshow. Not that we actually did much talking, but it was the first time I entered a recording studio. The trip made me more concious of my very lousy chinese. Luckily Dick was hit just as hard..... Hahaha

Wenesday was a bit more challenging. I had to deliver condolence letter with A-Tsui and Dick. Apparently the unit, under orders, is adamant about the charging of the people for missing their physical fitness test window. Siam 3 times and in you will go to the slammer. Most of the families we visited were pretty ok about it. One family was particularly worried about their livelihood for the husband was the sole breadwinner. According to A-Tsui, the son was crying to him on why he sent his dad to jail when he called the family earlier. Another guy lied to his dad that he was going for some training and we didn't had the heart to expose his lie. The last family was the most tragic case. The wife had to take care of 3 kids and the youngest was under a year old. The wife was crying when she told us that the husband was the sole breadwinner and he will only be released from the slammer on her birthday... While the experience was invaluable, I sure hope that I never have to do this again...

Thursday was a bit more hectic given the norm for the unit to work at the last min. It was a mad rush to generate list of people who had siam AHM training sessions so far. Made me damn toolan in the process... I am sorry that i rubbed a few people the wrong way. Did part 2 of the recording session too!~ Armed with camera this time, took a few pics. Will upload them later....

Friday was LIVE run day, run until my knee hurts, at least i can identify the weaker runners in my sig platoon.

Fire Works at Marina Square

I was there today to catch up with a close friend and eat dinner. We were pleasantly surprised to find out that there will be fireworks at the esplanade. Little wonder why it was so crowded today... Citylink was so crowded that people were going up and down using the same escalator! I think temperature must be at least 40 degree celcius man....

Anyway, I settled the recce for the Cohesion day liao. Seoul Garden at Marina. Hahaha!~ stuff your face and work of those extra calories on tuesday and friday's run. At least in the organisation, keeping your body mass in check is never too much of a problem.

Haha.
